7-day easy replacement on eligible products — hassle-free support.

Return & Replacement

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong product, you may request a replacement within 7 days of delivery (subject to inspection). Opened/sealed products must be in resaleable condition with original box, invoice, and accessories.

Eligible Cases

  • Manufacturing defect or DOA (dead on arrival)
  • Wrong model / variant shipped
  • Transit damage (report with photos within 24 hours)
  • Missing items in the package

Not Eligible

  • Damage due to misuse, installation error, or voltage fluctuation
  • Products without original packaging or missing serial/MRP labels
  • Clearance / final-sale items (if marked non-returnable)
  • Requests after 7 days from delivery date

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and verify the returned product. For COD orders, refund is via bank transfer or store credit as applicable.
