- We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud
- Order confirmation is subject to payment verification and product availability
Payments
Online payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. COD availability depends on pin code and order value. Failed payments must be retried or contact support.
Shipping & Delivery

Returns & Warranty
Returns follow our 7-day replacement policy on eligible products. Manufacturer brand warranty applies as per product documentation. GRSAV assists with warranty coordination but does not override brand terms.

GRSAV is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Maximum liability is limited to the order value for the specific transaction in dispute, to the extent permitted by law.
